    Start by removing the shock caps and draining any existing oil.

    Replace the oil with a thicker or thinner viscosity depending on your desired stiffness.

    Alternatively, you can adjust the preload by turning the adjusting collar on the shock body. Test your adjustments on different terrains to find the optimal setting.
